Reception Venue Capacity
We can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests, with sufficient parking space for around 150 vehicles.
Event Hours
- OPEN: The venue is open at 9:00 am on the day of your event.
- CLOSE: Events on Fridays and Saturdays need to end by 11:00 pm, with an additional hour for cleaning. On other days, events need to end by 10:00 pm, with an addidtional hour for cleaning.
Amenities and Services for Receptions
- Smoking: Designated smoking areas are available.
- Parking: Paved parking lots with reserved spots for differently-abled guests and the reception party are available.
- Indoor and Outdoor Events: We support both indoor and outdoor events, featuring a beautiful 40′ x 65′ outdoor patio space.
- Tables and Chairs: 150 white, wooden folding charis and (twenty five) 60″ round tables are included with the rental. Setup is managed by our professional staff.
- Dining Essentials: Not included; clients are advised to arrange these separately.
- Pet Policy: In general, there is a no pet policy for everyone. But we occasionally allow some couples (not guests) to bring their fur babies. But this is on a case-by-case basis.
- Catering Requirements: We require caterers to be licensed and insured to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Bridal and Groom Dressing: Separate suites are available for dressing and freshening up.
- Rehearsals: Available from Tuesday to Thursday, based on availability.
- Overnight Vehicle Parking: Permitted, with the stipulation of vehicle pickup by noon the next day.
